The Dr. is in….it gets better and better….

I’m listening to a guy named Lanny Davis, a”progressive” liberal, one of Bill Clinton’s White House lawyers. Lanny is telling Americans that we really shouldn’t be so worked-up about the groping techniques of the TSA, that fun, federal organization that is essentially the strong-arm of the government at our airports.

Lanny isn’t bothered by this overt assault on the Fourth Amendment freedoms of Americans. Lanny would rather be “safe” and “secure”, would rather surrender his individual rights, in order to be “saved” from the threat of terrorism.  This guy is typical of the “progressive” mindset that is eating away at our Constitutional rights as surely as acid eats away your skin.

Folks, if we allow this government to continue trampling our Constitutional rights, if we allow this government to desecrate the Bill of Rights, then we as Americans will deserve the tyranny that we will most certainly be subjected to.

The guy in San Diego who told the TSA screener to watch out for his “junk” has actually sounded a clarion call for Americans to demand a better accounting from this government.

Why is it that an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT should not have to show identification when stopped by officers of the law, but an American citizen travelling on a plane is forced to undergo a pat-down or exposure in an x-ray device that clearly reveals our body parts in order to board a plane?

Let’s be clear-this is NOT A VOLUNTARY ACQUIESCENCE on the part of the traveller. In fact, the man who didn’t want his “junk” touched at the San Diego airport is being threatened with a fine.

That, my Friends, is coercion by threat, by force. The gentleman was escorted from the airport, missing his flight. He probably won’t be reimbursed by the airline.

People, it’s time for all of us to scream and shout at the tops of our lungs that this must stop. It’s time for civil disobedience.

We can all stop flying for a while, get the airlines to weigh-in against this assault on our freedoms.

For people to tell us that we can just leave the airport if we do not subject ourselves to an un-warranted search/grope is a totalitarian, tyrannical statement that should be trashed on the spot.  It’s time to fight back, Folks. It’s time to shine the light of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights on the cockroaches eating away at our liberty.  It is time to crush the forces of tyranny as they are exposed.
